Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the account sign up and verification stages. This role involves ensuring the clients understand the necessary documentation requirements, helping them complete each step in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer support throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the account sign up and verification process, ensuring all required information and documentation are accurately provided and verified;
- Review and verify client documentation for compliance with company regulations and policies, escalating any issues or discrepancies as needed;
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, answering questions, and providing clear instructions on completing forms and submitting documents;
- Track the progress of each client through the onboarding process, sending follow-up communications as necessary to ensure timely completion of each step;
- Routinely checks and audits compliance of existing clients;
- Coordinate with compliance, sales, and other operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client onboarding and adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and internal company requirements to ensure clients are properly informed and the onboarding process remains compliant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client onboarding, sales, customer success, customer service, or related roles in a SaaS or Tech company
- Strong client service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, for effective collaboration with both clients and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a global team - a plus
