• Reports missing the calling number, a valid called number, or the date and time of the call(s) will usually not be processed, except in exceptional cases.
• Reports with vulgar or obscene language in the web name, email address, or subject line will be disregarded and closed without investigation.
• Reports sent to individual employees or specific department emails, such as [email protected], will be closed without investigation.
