Anti-Money Laundering (AML):  Compliance and Supervisory Policy

It is the policy of CommPeak to prohibit and actively prevent money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities by complying with all applicable rules and regulations. Money laundering is generally defined as engaging in acts designed to conceal or disguise the true origins of criminally derived proceeds so that the proceeds appear to have derived from legitimate origins or constitute legitimate assets. 

CommPeak’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, procedures and internal controles, as may be amended from time to time, applies to any person or organization accessing or using CommPeak’s Services, whether they pay in fiat currency or cryptocurrency, and are designed to to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and rules and to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities, as well as comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist funding, sanctions programs administered by OFAC, and/or any other sanctions programs that may apply to you depending on the jurisdiction(s) where your business is located and/or where you serve your customers.
